#603 The Attack in Damascus

(2006-09-13) The attack on the U.S. Embassy in Damascus may have been a
threat to America to back off increasingly harsh rhetoric directed toward
Bashar Assads regime or it could be an opening for talks. Its not clear. What
is clear is that both the previous U.S. administrations pursuit of peace with
Damascus and the current ones goal of defeating terrorists and the states
that harbor and support them have been failures when it comes to Syria. Read
