JINSA Report #943 November 30, 2009 The Canary in Israel's Coal Mine For those who have asked why JINSA has kept Honduras in the spotlight since June, this is why: small democratic countries trying mightily to exercise legitimate governance and self-determination deserve our vocal support even - or especially - when they do things the U.S. would prefer they didn't.  Honduras is one of these countries, as is Israel.  We have been surprised by the lack of Israeli interest in the democratic exercise of sovereign rights by Honduras, and especially in the lack of interest in the pressure exerted by the U.S. government to force compliance with America's wishes.    The presidential and legislative election held in Honduras yesterday provides an opportunity for American administration to walk back its decision to punish the small, poor Central American country for ousting its then-president Manuel Zelaya last June as he tried to pave the way for multiple terms, in violation of the Honduran constitution.  The election included only candidates nominated long before Zelaya's ouster - and the interim president, who was never a candidate, removed himself from public view in the last week of the campaign.   The first decision of Team Obama back then was knee-jerk support for the radical line - joining Chavez, Ortega and Castro calling the ouster, authorized by the Honduran Supreme Court and legislature, a coup.  Then, in swift succession a) agreeing to the suspension of Honduras from the OAS; b) withdrawing accreditation from Honduran Ambassador Roberto Flores; c) withholding foreign aid; d) threatening Honduran access to previously awarded Millennium Challenge grants; e) refusing a diplomatic visa to the interim president for his visit to the UN General Assembly (a violation of UN rules); and e) using the American Ambassador in Honduras as point man to threaten Honduras's future relations with Washington.   It was distinctly more American pressure than was applied to the Iranian government as it stole an election and punished demonstrators with arrest, torture and death.   The interim Honduran government, plus most of the arms of authority in the country - the legislature, the Supreme Court, the Catholic Church and the Human Rights Commission - held fast to the belief that their constitution mattered.  And after Senate Republicans held up the nominations of two Obama appointees for State Department Latin America posts, the Administration was pressured into turning to Costa Rica's Oscar Arias to try to hammer out an agreement between Zelaya and the interim government.   A four-point plan emerged, giving the Honduran legislature and Supreme Court the lead in determining their own country's future and obliging the U.S. and the OAS to sanction yesterday's election.  The legislature will meet on 2 December to determine the fate of Zelaya and his failed attempt to hijack the country.  The interim president has said he will respect the legislature's decision - even if it brings Zelaya back to complete his term until the January handover of power to the newly elected president.   Oscar Arias told the AP that he believes other Central and South American nations will respect the Honduran vote - Costa Rica will, he promised.  Brazil, Argentina and others have said they may not - claiming the election would only ratify the "coup."  This is blatant interference in the internal affairs of a neighboring country, and the U.S., still the most important player in the hemisphere, should be quick to declare where it stands.   If it stands on the side of Honduras, all could be well that ends well.   We often call Israel the canary in the coal mine of Western, liberal democracy.  Honduras may prove to be the canary in Israel's coal mine. ENDEAVOUR TO USE IT FOR THE CHILDREN OF GOD.
I am the above named person from Kuwait. I am married to Dr Shawn Wagner who worked with Kuwait embassy in Ivory Coast for nine years before he died in the year 2005.We were married for eleven years without a child. He died after a brief illness that lasted for only four days. Before his death we were both born again Christians. Since his death I decided not to re-marry or get a child outside my matrimonial home which the Bible is against. When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of 18Million Dollars eighteen Million United State Dollars with one finance/security Company in Europe
Presently this money is still with the Security Company. Recently my Doctor told me that I would not last for the next three months due to cancer problem. Though what disturbs me most is my stroke sickness. Having known my condition I decided to donate this Fund to church or better still a Christian individual that will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct here in. I want a church that will use this fund to fund churches orphanages and widows propagating the word of God and to ensure that the house of God is maintained.
The Bible made us to understand that blessed is the hand that giveth I took this decision because I don't have any child that will inherit this money and my husband relatives are not Christians and I don't want my husband's hard earned money to be misused by unbelievers. I don't want a situation where this money will be used in an ungodly manner.
Hence the reason for taking this bold decision. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going. I know that I am going to be in the bosom of the Lord. Exodus 14 VS 14 says that the lord will fight my case and I shall hold my peace. I don't need any telephone communication in this regard because of my health and because of the presence of my husband's relatives around me always. I don't want them to know about this development.
With God all things are possible. As soon as I receive your reply I shall give you the contact of the Finance/Security Company in Europe I will also issue you a letter of authority that will prove you as the original- beneficiary of this Fund.. I want you and the church to always pray for me because the lord is my shepherd. My happiness is that I lived a life of a worthy Christian. Whoever that wants to serve the Lord must serve him in spirit and truth. Please always be prayerful all through your life. Any delay in your reply will give me room in sourcing for a church or Christian individual for this same purpose. Please assure me that you will act accordingly as I stated herein.

JINSA Report #942 At Thanksgiving

JINSA Report #942 November 25, 2009 At Thanksgiving  Last year at Thanksgiving we noted that November 2008 was a moment of "tremendous upheaval, economic dislocation and a truly historic presidential election. As a country, we are exhausted and jittery, and nothing makes us think the way ahead will be any easier or calmer."    We were right. On the security front, very little makes us feel better-the old threats remain, plus an increase in Iranian intervention in South America. The trend in Turkey is not good and the UN has proved-if it was still necessary-that there is no new depth to which it cannot find a way to sink. At home, the economy has stabilized somewhat, but American politics are still exhausting.    On the other hand, this Thanksgiving we are thankful that there is always another hand.   Honduras has proved that a government that believes in its own laws and its own constitution could withstand the pressure of its neighbors, including the colossus to the north. What began as a thwarted attempt by Manuel Zelaya to illegally pave the way to run for a second term as president should end Sunday with the previously nominated candidates for election, and with American and OAS approval. We are thankful for brave democrats even, and especially, in small countries.    Iraq is moving-two steps forward and one back-toward its second open, multi-party national election. That makes two more than most Arab countries have had. We are thankful for brave nationalists even, and especially, in shaky new governments.   The Israel Test by George Gilder, and Start-up Nation by Dan Senor and Saul Singer are powerful antidotes to the negativism that sometimes pervades our thinking, and a powerful reminder of the economic, political and social miracle that is Israel. We bought both books and are thankful for authors who are looking at the same country we're looking at, but turn the prism and see it from an entirely different angle-and write about it with grace and wit.   We are thankful, too, for the continuing closeness between the United States Armed Forces and the IDF. The Juniper Cobra joint exercise that finished a week ago was a model of high-level military cooperation, high-powered technology and shared attitudes among one very large democratic force and one rather small one-proving that size doesn't matter where it doesn't matter.   And we are most assuredly thankful for America-and for Americans.    We are thankful for the blessings of our great country, our freedoms, our families, our friends, and our lives. We are grateful to servicemen and women, police officers, fire fighters, airport security screeners, border guards, FBI and CIA agents, the administration and members of Congress of both parties who believe and speak and vote with the understanding that our nation is still at war. We are grateful for heroes by choice and heroes by chance. We believe it is the combination of all these people working under difficult and often-dangerous circumstances-not a lack of trying on the part of the bad guys-that has have kept us safe for another year. We are grateful to the parents for raising the children who grew into the adults who serve America in so many ways at home and abroad, and grateful to their families for sharing them. آیا گرینویچ مرجع زمان است ؟!!! پاستوریزه یعنی چه ؟!!!!!

آیا گالیله گرد بودن زمین را کشف کرد ؟! آیا گرینویچ مرجع زمان است ؟!!! پاستوریزه یعنی چه ؟!!!!!

جهان پر شگفت است و تن هم شگفت نخست از خود اندازه باید گرفت

گرد گردان سپهریعنی چه ؟!...

فردوسی خردمنددر قرن چهارم زندگی می کرده یعنی ۱۰۰۰ سال پیش

و گالیله ۱۵۶۴ میلادی یعنی تقریبا ۵۰۰ سال بعد از فردوسی

اما جهانیان با یک داستان سوری " گرد" و دوار بودن زمین را به گالیله منتسب می کند چون ما حاضر نیستیم از بزرگان و تمدن خود دفاع کنیم !!!

هر چند واژه های گنبد دوار بارها توسط شاعران این سرزمین پس از فردوسی تکرار می شود اما خود فردوسی می گوید :

یکینامه بود از گه باستان فراوان بدو اندرون داستان

و می دانیم نامه باستان یا خداینامه به هزار و هشتصد تا هفت هزار سال پیش بر می گردد و منشا شاهنامه نیز بوده است این مسئله شناخت دیرینه ایرانیان از گیتی و زمین را به خوبی نشان می دهد آنها حتی مدارهای نیمروزی (نصف النهار) به دور زمین طراحی نموده بودند و مرکز شروع آن شهر نیمروز (هم اکنون با بی کفایتی شاهان قاجار در اختیار افغانستان است ) بود که امروز استعمارگران غربی به جای شهر نیمروز از گرینویچ به عنوان مرجع زمان یاد می کنند و در کشورمان هم عده ای این لقمه کثیف را چه راحت می جوند و دم بر نمی آورند ...

و الا آخر.......

این هم عکسی از مجسمه نقره ای شاپور دوم پادشاه ساسانی ، که جهان را (با مدارهایش ) بر روی تاجش می بینید .

یاد رستم زاد افتادم که غربیان و ما !!! امروزه به آن سزارین می گوییم!

وزیر بهداشت کجاست ؟! ...خدا می داند...

چرا دستور نمی دهد بیمارستانها و مراکز دانشگاهی این واژه را تغییر دهند ؟! ...

پاستوریزه یعنی چه ؟...

این که گرما موجب کشته شدن میکروبها می شود ...

بیچاره ملتی که ۷۵۰۰ سال است که هر چهارشنبه آخر سال از آتش می پرد و می گوید:

زردی من از تو سرخی تو از من

یعنی چه این کلمات ؟

ایرانیان آتش را مظهر پاکی و پاک کنندگی در طی تاریخ خود می دانسته اند حالا آن را باید در قبای یک اجنبی دید .

اما این سئوال را دارم که چرا هر آنچه داشته و داریم را باید به نام دیگری ضرب بزنیم .

ايران اصلي‌ترين مصرف‌كننده ترياك جهان است

خبرگزاري فارس: دبير كل ستاد مبارزه با مواد مخدر درباره گزارش اخيركاستا نماينده سازمان ملل متحد دركشورمان مبني بر اينكه ايران اصلي‌ترين مصرف كننده مواد مخدر جهان است گفت: منظور از مواد مخدري كه اعلام مي‌كنند مواد مخدر با پايه ترياك است.

به گزارش خبرگزاري فارس و به نقل از روابط عمومي ستاد مبارزه با مواد مخدر اسماعيل احمدي‌مقدم در حاشيه ديدار با دبير كل طرح كلمبو، اظهار داشت: اگر انواع سوء مصرف مانند روانگردان‌ها، كوكائين، مرفين، هروئين، ترياك، حشيش و انواع مشتقات آن را در نظر بگيريم به طور حتم ايران بزرگترين دارنده معتاد در جهان نيست اما در خصوص مصرف ترياك فكر مي‌كنم ايران يكي از مصرف‌كنندگان بزرگ در جهان است.
احمدي مقدم گفت: آنچه در سخن كاستا آمده درباره مصرف ترياك است، ضمن اينكه بيشتر كشورها آمار معتادانشان را ارائه نمي‌كنند يا آنها را دست‌كاري مي‌كنند. به طور مثال چين به عنوان بازار جديد مواد مخدر، آماري در اختيار نمي‌گذارد و هر كشوري كه آمار ارائه كند، برجسته تر جلوه مي‌كند.
وي اصلاح قوانين را يكي از نيازهاي اساسي براي مبارزه با مواد مخدر دانست و درباره معرفي دانه درشت هاي توزيع كنندگان مواد مخدر افزود: بايد تلاش كنيم جهت‌گيري‌هاي مبارزه با مواد مخدر را روشن كنيم و با قوه قضائيه هماهنگ باشيم و گرنه از تاثير فعاليت‌هاي پليس يا اقدامات قضايي كاسته مي‌شود.
احمدي مقدم گفت: اكنون با دادستان كل كشور به نمايندگي رئيس قوه قضائيه جلساتي در حال برگزاري است تا طبقه‌بندي معتادان و توزيع‌كنندگان خرد كه برخورد با اين دسته مطالبه اصلي جامعه است، روشن شود.
وي افزود: در كشورمان قاچاقچيان اصلي حضور ندارند و در خارج مستقرند اما در داخل باندهاي باربر فعال هستند كه بايد با هر دو گروه مبارزه شود.
دبير كل ستاد مبارزه با مواد مخدر گفت: معتقدم مبارزه‌ ما در اين حوزه بايد توازن داشته باشد و با معتادان براي رفتن به درمان و با توزيع‌كننده كه موجب اعصاب‌خردي مردم مي‌شود، برخوردي سخت كنيم.
احمدي مقدم با تاكيد بر برخورد با دانه درشت‌هاي مواد مخدر افزود: قوه قضائيه در حال بازنگري ساز و كارهايش است تا راه فرار اين نوع قاچاقچيان داراي منابع مالي قوي را پيدا و مسدود كند تا مجازات‌ها قاطعانه و سريعتر انجام شود.
وي گفت: به زودي دستگاه قضائي و نيروي انتظامي به صورت هماهنگ اقدامات خود را در اين زمينه انجام مي‌دهند.
احمدي مقدم افزود: تخصصي‌شدن مبارزه و اختصاص شعبه ويژه براي رسيدگي به پرونده‌هاي مربوط به مواد مخدر در حال آسيب شناسي است تا قضات و شعبات مختلف قضايي آراء متفاوت صادر نكنند و به زودي اين مشكل رفع خواهد شد.
وي گفت: اينكه توپ را در زمين دستگاه ديگري بيندازيم و برعكس آن، اخلاق خوبي نيست و بالاخره بايد قبول كنيم كه مواد مخدر معضل اجتماعي وسيعي است كه وجود دارد و همه بايد تلاش كنند تا اين معضل را درمان كنيم.
دبير ستاد مبارزه با مواد مخدر افزود: دستگيري افراد با مواد مخدر زياد به صورت مكرر در حال انجام و دستگاه قضايي در حال رسيدگي است اما در احكام و نوع مجازات هاي آنان تنوع وجود دارد.
احمدي مقدم گفت: در گذشته سهل‌انگاري‌هايي صورت مي‌گرفت مثلاً فردي در داخل زندان امكان اين را مي‌يافت كه جريان مواد مخدرش را اداره و هدايت كند يا احكام سنگيني كه مدت‌ها معطل مي‌ماند و به قطعيت و اجرا نمي‌رسيد.
وي افزود: اين مسائل ناشي از مسير دادرسي و اعتراض به حكم و رسيدگي در ديوان عالي كشور است و ما نمي‌توانيم در اين مراحل فردي را از حق خود محروم كنيم.
احمدي مقدم گفت: اكنون كارشناسان خبره قوه قضائيه و پليس در حال رفع مشكلات پيش روي مبارزه با مواد مخدرند و براساس دستور رئيس قوه قضائيه بايد به اين مسئله اجتماعي هر چه زودتر رسيدگي شود.
وي گفت: ممكن است در قاره آمريكا كه عمدتاً مصرف كننده كوكائين هستند، اين مواد جزو دسته مخدرها طبقه بندي نشود.
وي افزود: در كشورهاي ديگر اشكال مصرف به صورت هروئين و روانگردان هاست اما متأسفانه در كشورمان مصرف هروئين و شيشه آرام آرام جايگزين ترياك مي‌شود و اين روندي خطرناك است كه بايد با آن مبارزه كرد.

همزمان با نمايشگاه الكامپ 2009، فن بازار فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات (ICT) سوم الي هفتم آذر در محل نمايشگاه‌هاي بين المللي تهران برگزار مي‌شود.

به گزارش خبرگزاري فارس به نقل از روابط عمومي وزارت علوم ، تحقيقات وفناوري در اين نمايشگاه دستاوردهاي پارك‌هاي علم و فناوري و مراكز رشد واحدهاي فناور در حوزه فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات (كالا يا خدمات) ارائه شده و بازار عرضه و تقاضاي فناوري نيز برگزار خواهد شد.
حمايت از برگزاري فن بازارهاي تخصصي در كنار نمايشگاه‌هاي صنعتي و بازرگاني يكي از برنامه‌هاي وزارت علوم، تحقيقات وفناوري براي تجاري سازي دستاوردهاي پژوهشي و فناوري در كشور است كه در همين راستا دومين فن بازار فناوري اطلاعات و ارتباطات (ICT) سوم الي هفتم آذر در محل نمايشگاه‌هاي بين المللي تهران برگزار مي‌شود.
حمايت از شركت‌هاي دانش بنيان و توسعه زيرساخت‌ها، فرهنگ سازي و ايجاد انگيزه بين عرضه كنندگان و متقاضيان فناوري در جهت تجارت و انتقال فناوري در سطح ملي، راهبردهاي اصلي وزارت علوم، تحقيقات وفناوري در خصوص تجاري سازي علم و دانش در كشور است.
